6 Types of Drinks Very Good For Health Body


Drinks that contain soda, soft drinks or bottled juice does have a delicious taste but bad for our health. Instead, get used to more often consume six healthy drinks like this:
  
Water
Benefits of water are well known by almost everyone. Not only useful for beauty, water can also help the brain function, kidney, liver and speed up metabolism. Even drink water before meals can help lose weight because it can suppress appetite.



Coffee  
Coffee is a beverage that is also healthy for the body when consumed is not excessive, about two glasses a day. Caffeine found in coffee can increase alertness and also keep the body from heart disease, colon cancer, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

Recent research has also shown that appropriate levels of caffeine can reduce pain in muscles, up to 48 percent, especially after weight training. So many athletes who drink coffee to relieve pain in muscles.

Milk
Calcium content on milk not only can be strengthens bones, but also contribute the loss of fat stored in fat cells in the body. Choose nonfat milk so you do not gain weight.  

Green Tea
Green tea is rich minerals and antioxidants that are beneficial to the body's metabolism, calms the mind and controlling diabetes. Flavonoids and polyphenols contained in green tea may help boost immunity, while the catechins can eliminate sleepiness and eliminate stress.

Vegetable and Fruit Juices  
Avoiding to consume bottled juices sold at supermarkets because most contain lots of sugar and preservatives. Juice your own fruit and vegetables to get vitamins is more leverage, besides you can also mixing different kinds of fruit of your choice.

Lemon  
Citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C can strengthen the immune system and increases energy when consumed in the morning. In order to feel more fresh, lemon juice can be mixed with soda without taste and a pinch of salt.
